Stilts have existed since ancient times, but have seen improvements to their design in the last few decades with access to new materials. We mainly use drywall or plasterer stilts at ...Fever, which allow the user to remain still without losing balance. We also have some members who prefer peg stilts, which are more traditional in design and lightweight, but constant movement is required to keep balance. Recently some members have been learning to use jumping stilts, which have a sprung footplate allowing the user to bounce with them.
