Like Oli, I am also standing down at the next AGM, so the job of social sec is up for grabs!

As social sec you have to:

-Organise socials and trips out
-Organise team building exercises for committee
-Welcome new members to the club

Theres nothing more to it than that really! Although organising socials/trips will require you to inform members of whats happening, arrange transport, risk assess trips, make bookings, and generally ensure peoples safety as well.

I've been social sec for a year and a half now and it is an absolutely amazing job. Fever is a close-knit society so it's important to maintain the level of sociability and keep up the reputation of wicked nights out! This is a very active position within the club so its important for you to be energetic, enthusiastic and committed.
