Hi Guys,
we are starting to get prebookings for our busy performance season (Jan-March) so to make sure we are prepared we are starting an events team to help prepare for each of these events.
As most of you are aware we do a fair number of events over the course of each term, what you probs dont see is that for each of the events there are a few of us working for days beforehand trying to arange contracts, marketing, payment, costume design, makeup, choreography, stage design, dressingroom access, equiptment checking, stock checking etc....
We are now offering you guys a chance to get involved in this side of fever, helping you guys gain loads more skills, and giving you great CV fodder.
We are looking people to help in all aspects of the Events team, while there will be a few formal positions set out, everyone in the team will be able to help in every aspect of an event so you wouldnt be tied down to a specific area if you dont want to be.
We are looking for:
- Assistant Co-ordinaters: People to help organise events, and run them when the Events Coordinater isnt about, to help in the general management and coordination of all the events put on by fever
- Makeup Artists: to help us theme our selfs for each event (general body art, face painting, hair etc...)
- Costume Designers: Dealing with event costume ranging from simple T-shirts to full themed costumesi
- Choreographers: design routeins for fever
- Saftey Marshals: to ensure were all safe when performing fire
- Ordinary Members: working in all areas of the events team to help us put togeather a smooth event
We need as many people as possible to help us maintain fevers reputation as one of the best performance societies in the area.
