*This is for stilt type skills where “stilt type skills” includes activities where the user is at a height and is attached to the object that is maintaining that height. This is where the height is greater than the users own knee. **The right to be passed for stilts may be removed at any time by two members of the committee one of which must be the Fire Officer, at least one of which should be passed for stilts.
